Policies

Once an order and payment confirmation has been received, there will be a 3-5 business day processing period before the order ships. All tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been pulled for fulfillment. Xion Remy ships through USPS First Class and it may take 1-3 business days for your order tracking information to show in the USPS tracking system. 

If the customer has entered an incorrect address and the package was delivered to the incorrect address, the customer will be required to repay their order by invoice in order for their order to be re-shipped. Xion Remy is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
